Our latest heritage card game, Forge of Nations, was launched in June at the Bicentennial Experience @ the Istana. It was an open house on Hari Raya, and families and visitors from around the world thronged the Istana grounds, eager to see the most famous home in Singapore. The crowds came thick and fast from morning to late afternoon, and many people were interested and eager to try the game. The responses from people who tried the game were overwhelmingly positive - by lunchtime, we had run out of stock! I felt a bit bad - we should have brought more. But I guess if anybody were to get a set, it should be those who queued from the early morning to come in. It was a fun day. Tiring, but a lot of fun. And really satisfying to see so many people enjoy the game and beaming that they were able to bring home one of the game sets. Pity that the afternoon people didn't get a set, they only managed to play the demos. YOU CAN GET A SET FOR YOURSELF

AuthorI've learnt over the years that I don't have any real skills except the ability to play games. So I guess it makes sense that eventually I would gravitate towards making my own games. Archives
